Quietly situated, with a covered terrace and its own garden – the smaller of our two apartments, for two people.
A flight of stairs leads up to the apartment. From the covered terrace with its large awning you look out into the garden with a small pond, a second seating area, deckchairs and a garden grill. The parking space is right at the house and reserved for you.

Small fitted kitchen with hob/oven with grill, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, bean-to-cup coffee machine, milk frother, hand mixer, toaster, tea towels and ample crockery and cooking utensils.

One bed 140×200 cm plus an additional bed 90×200 cm, fitted wardrobe, LCD TV, smoke detector, bed linen.
Shower/toilet
With hairdryer and towels.
Terrace
Covered, with seating area and a very large awning, garden with a small pond, a second seating area, deck chairs and a barbecue.

Reserved for you, right by the house.
