This privacy policy informs users of this website about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator. Definitions of the terms used (e.g. “personal data” or “processing”) can be found in Art. 4 GDPR.

Access data

On the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) we collect data about accesses to this website and store it as server log files. The following is recorded:

• the page visited
• the time of access
• the volume of data sent, in bytes
• the source/referrer from which you reached the page
• the browser used
• the operating system used
• the IP address used

Log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Storage serves security purposes, for example to allow cases of misuse to be investigated. Where data has to be retained as evidence, it is exempt from deletion until the incident has been resolved.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no reach measurement, no tracking and no analytics services. The only cookie set is a strictly necessary one named lang, which remembers your language choice (German or English) for one year so that you are not redirected again on every visit. It contains nothing but the code of the chosen language, has no personal reference and is not passed on to third parties. Under § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG no consent is required for this cookie; you can delete it in your browser at any time.

Availability calendar

The availability calendar on the apartment pages loads the free and booked periods from our own server. Only dates are transmitted – no names, no booking details and no information about other guests. The same access data described above applies to this request.

Links to Airbnb

On the apartment pages we link to the respective Airbnb listing. No Airbnb content is embedded into this website; data is transmitted to Airbnb only once you click the link. Airbnb's own privacy policy applies to any processing that takes place there.

Collection and processing of personal data

The website operator collects, uses and discloses your personal data only where this is permitted by law or where you have consented. You can visit this website without providing any personal details.

Handling of contact data

If you contact us, your details are stored so that we can process and answer your enquiry. This data is not passed on to third parties without your consent.

Your rights

You have the right to free information about the personal data stored about you, to rectification of incorrect data, and to restriction of processing or erasure. Where applicable, you may exercise your right to data portability. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
